In addition to overseeing the manufacturer and vendor alliances unit, Joshua originates, structures and manages tailored equipment lease and finance solutions up to and exceeding 100M for individual commercial, corporate and government clients across a number of industry sectors. With surplus experience gained from establishing his own prosperous transport and property businesses earlier to a move into structured and equipment finance, Nigel is a consummate marketer and relationship builder with practical, hands on business management expertise and long finance industry exposure. He is responsible for originating, structuring, underwriting and closing new transactions, and for the day today management of an extensive client portfolio including considerable relationships that have exceeded 100 million in direct funding lines. A lateral thinker with special problem solving skills, Nathan has developed innovative funding solutions and structures to promote a number of significant debt restructuring and business acquisition facilities. He is Chairman of two Advisory Boards and actively mentors senior executives and Board members across a number of diverse industries. In 2004, Donovan joined the private equity industry to provide corporate advisory services to Australian ME’s including high growth companies looking to magnify and hasty stage ventures seeking to commercialism fresh technologies. Currently, Donovan is Chairman of two Advisory Boards with Coraggio aw.coraggio.com.au where he is actively involved in mentoring and advising the business ownersCEOMDs of a long range of companies in different industries ranging from 10 million to 300 million in sales turnover, operating locally and internationally. Our independence ensures our interests and objectives are entirely aligned with those of our clients in securing flexible, highly competitive funding solutions through an extensive network of local and international banks, investment and equity funds and underwriters. For over 30 years we have structured, underwritten and managed over 5 Billion in general and project specific funding facilities, usually on a no winnow fee performance driven basis, reflecting our certainty and consistency in being qualified to deliver notable outcomes for our clients. Our fees are generally capitalized into the competitive funding margins offered and only apply to facilities drawn unless otherwise negotiated. We structure standalone syndicated loans or clubbed facilities combining asset equipment finance property funding and occupied capital lines to support business expansion and acquisition funding particularly where the target entity has a meaningful fixed asset bottom (plant, equipment, property). We work closely with our clients from target identification and engagement through asset inspection, valuation, deal structure negotiation, documentation, funding and ongoing management of debt facilities. Typically, acquisitions are achieved without the imposition of financial covenants or security extending beyond the wealth to be acquired, leaving occupied capital headroom intact with a client’s existing secured lender(s). Our target objectives are to maximize leverage against plant and equipment being acquired bear flexibility and minimize overall cost (both transaction costs and interest rates).
