Think all Pilates classes are the same? Yoga Originate classes donate an energetic yoga flow with mighty poses and original sequencing, designed to defy and inspire both physically and mentally. Pilates Dynamic classes are powerful and challenging workouts designed for students who want to explore their boundaries and construct on the foundations developed in Align and Flow classes. Our Progressive classes are designed for experienced yogis only and are not relevant for beginners. Cash’s classes guide students through a rhythmic practice that encourages self exploration of the body, obey and spirit infusing customary yoga, dance and fresh vinyasa into a liquid flow. More experienced practitioners will be inspired and challenged by Pilates Flow and Progressive classes, which move through a difficult series of exercises drawn from functional movement patterns. It’s a compliant lifestyle where you can create your own schedule and discard each working day in a fun, dynamic environment where your free to move around. But then came a Bikram trial a few years ago and Christian found yoga. Tell us a little about how you beginning came to yoga. Only two students showed up and one had never done yoga before! Do you think the way you teach has changed over time? It’s taught me that it’s OK to be loving and to show love, and that it’s not soft’ to be humane and sociable to people.
