Before to Ionian, Jon was vice president of marketing and product management at Metatomix, a mealtime data integration vendor. Jon previously spent 13 years at Cognos in a variety of executive roles, including vice president of business intelligence product management, vice president of global solution architects and vice president of North American field marketing. In this role, Ken is spearheading global sales and marketing efforts to drive revenue growth and Datawatch’s data preparation gotomarket strategy. Before to Skillsoft, Ken was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Enterprise Sales for Unfold Text Corporation, a leading supplier of enterprise information management solutions, where he had global responsibility for a 450 person sales organization and 750 million in annual revenue. He has directly managed and mentored business development groups, inside and outer direct sales organizations, and global partner and strategic alliance operations. Peter Simpson is Vice President of Visualization Strategy and is responsible for driving the vision and strategy for Datawatch’s visual data discovery solutions. Peter joined Datawatch through the acquisition of Panopticon where he held the role of MVP Research Development and had responsibility for product strategy, development, sales engineering and services, and helped to successfully enlarge the customer bottom to most top tier global financial institutions. Brigid was maximum recently vice president, human resources and a member of the executive team at empiric, Inc. Osborne is also a director of Sacco Industries, Inc. Osborne was previously a director of scheming lough Corp. Osborne’s qualifications to serve on the Board of Directors include his experience as a senior executive and director of large public companies. Mahoney’s qualifications to serve on the Board include his experience as a senior executive leading the growth of three publicly held software companies, as well as his technical expertise. Morrison’s qualifications to serve on the Board of Directors include his business, operational, management and legal experience in the enterprise application industry, as well as his position as Datawatch’s Chief Executive Officer. From the University of Missouri where he was also a member of the Missouri Law Review. Cox’s qualifications to serve on the Board of Directors include his experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and corporate governance. McArdle’s qualifications to serve on the Board include her experience in building and financing companies from the earliest stages of growth to adult technology companies, as healthy as her knowledge of the technology industry. Seidl’s qualifications to serve on the Board of Directors include his experience as a senior executive of large public companies, as well as his strategic sales and marketing expertise. Friedman’s qualifications to serve on the Board of Directors include his experience in technology leadership, strategy and marketing with both growth and Good luck 500 companies.
