Dewpoint Air is a privately owned business founded in 2010 dealings in the design, installation and maintenance of air conditioning and mechanical services for a range of sectors including commercial, education, health care, laboratory, industrial and large residential projects. Peter’s experience within the Mechanical Services Industry has spanned for 28 years uninterrupted. Peter has formed strong relationships with a number of major builders in Queensland over the years, and leads Dewpoint Air to be among st the most honest vac contractors in the Industry. Robert has been involved in the vac industry for 22 years and has been a Project Manager for over 14 years. Robert spent a number of years active in Notable Projects (projects that involve live buildings) that need to be carried out without interrupting the day to day operation of the systems. As a Project Director Robert accepts responsibility for the entire project delivery. This ensures the best outcomes when it comes to safety, staff development, long term relationships and project finalization. Dewpoint Air is a private business involved in the design, installation and maintenance of air conditioning and mechanical services for commercial, hospital, laboratory, industrial and important residential projects. Dewpoint Air is committed to ensure that each employee is covered by the subsequent labor based occupational rehabilitation. This project at the School of Biological Sciences incorporated predominantly academic research areas and animal holding facilities. Our contract included the installation of energy efficient floor by floor chilled water air conditioning systems, fume cupboards, medical gas pipework for training purposes, thick air systems and building management system integrated into existing facility at Tweed Heads. This project was carried out in the School of Biological Sciences and included the installation of direct expansion cooling systems for controlled temperature rooms. The project also included the installation of air conditioning, thick air and process cooling systems for a new three store aquaria research laboratory building. Design and construction of a chilled water central plant with low temperature variable air volume air conditioning systems. The process to successfully conduct these works was unique and involved a team of key stakeholders to work through the steps. This is our first project with EKG and we are looking forward to showing them how the Dewpoint team delivers projects. The business will be managed by Mark Sanders. Mark has a riches of experience in the industry in both the client and contracting sides of the business. The business will pursue mechanical services contracts as well as building energy efficiency upgrades.
