The Club, a boutique hotel that occupies three historic corner chophouses on Singapore’s Ann Sang Road, has been re imagined as a collection of food and beverage venues and supporting guest rooms. Together, they are as familiar as home and as welcoming as a members club. The result of an ambitious integration of physical, cultural and organizational strategies, the Adelaide Zoo Entrance Precinct was designed around the core drivers of conservation, environment, education, and research. The fresh entrance was built to coincide with the arrival of Wang and Fuji, the giant pandas expected to drive a significant amplify in zoo visitor numbers. It gives them a world class, researched education in a building that’s a subject for examine in its own right. The Fiona Stanley Hospital breaks fresh ground in hospital design. It delivers the highest standards of concern in a supple layout that can accommodate coming expansion and new developments in clinical treatment and medical technologies. Our concept for the Huangpu River's East Bank Urban Forest would see a continuous woodland of two million trees planted one tree for each of Shanghai’s two million children. How do you make a lofty rise residential tower that creates vast homes for people, gives back to its city and acts like a appropriate neighbor? Given the iconic location, the energetic lifestyle brand needed to solely transform the site’s existing facilities to appeal to a fresh generation of guests while reinvigorating the wharf and bringing the brand to life.
