As a principal of McNally Architects since its inception, James brings his unique skills and passion for innovative architectural outcomes to every project. James brings over 15 years experience in aged care, commercial, retail and residential architectural design to successfully steward every aspect of the team’s productivity. And that fuels his thankfulness for creating the superior possible living space for everyone to reach home to. John’s expertise and his broad spectrum of knowledge in the building industry deliver a unique level of insight into the best way to create an exceptional architectural solution to every project’s challenges. This helps drive everyone’s focus on delivering brilliant results for every client. He has worked with more the six major firms during this time and operated his own practice between 1995 to 2009. He prides himself on perpetual ensuring a lofty standard of service for all his clients for all stages of building design, documentation and construction. Alan unique combination of possible and design skills facilitate outcomes and clear short information for our clients, contractors and sub consultant teams. On returning Alex worked with Sanctum Design before joining McNally Architects where she has continued her passion to enrich the built environment through sustainable contemporary architecture. Her experience working with large mufti disciplinary firms has proved invaluable in ensuring she has an accomplished and pragmatic approach to the complete design process from briefing to site construction to delivering the project vision. The equally crucial skill set Caroline brings to the team is her love of interior design as the coordinator of our Interiors facility. At university Sofia completed many individual and group projects that emphasized the ability that design has to influence, change and shape the way people experience interior spaces. Since joining McNally Architects, Sofia has been assisting both on interior and architectural projects. She plans to remain her design education by completing postgraduate studies in Architecture.
