EA Limited has an experienced Board of Directors and senior management team with important expertise across all the sectors in which EA Limited subsidiaries operate. EA Limited has identified the service sector of the mining, industrial, water, energy and defense industries as having meaningful revenue and growth potential for at minimum the after 5 years and will continue to actively target business acquisitions where our investment criteria can be met. Acquisitions will only be concluded where handle can be obtained, i.e. EA Limited leverages off the network of established relationships that Equity Advisory maintains through its corporate advisory business. Mark Vartuli is the Managing Director of Equity Advisory and specialisms in providing commercial advice in relation to capital railings, mergers and acquisitions, divestment, infrastructure projects and corporate restructures. Mr Nicholas has over 30 years’ experience as a Chairman, Director and Chief Executive of listed and private companies across the Asia Pacific with direct industry experience encompassing manufacturing, nonferrous and ferrous fabrication, mining services and waste management including being chairman of ASL listed Bran drill Limited (a ASL mining services company). Every year we are required to communicate information to shareholders, including annual reports, notices of meetings and other advice. A printed version of the annual report will only be sent to shareholders electing to receive one.
