He is responsible for the management and growth of the NEH property portfolio and oversight of all development, project, village operations and sales management activities. McCarthy is Chairman of NEH Property, which governs all property activities of the Group. John has been active with NEH since 200. He has more than 30 year’s broad experience in commercial law and business. His expertise encompasses joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, private and public fund raising, private equity and venture capital investment, corporate advice on directors’ duties and corporate governance. He is a director and trustee of a number of private companies and trusts which are involved in matters of business and the care of others.
