Based on its research and consultations throughout an inquiry, the ARC makes recommendations to government so that government can make informed decisions about law reform. In the interests of informed public debate, the ARC is committed to transparency in its processes and open access to information. The ARC is committed to ensuring that all Australians are able to contribute to shaping the laws that affect them, and have the opportunity to participate in the law reform process.
