Larry was ranked as the world’s number one Light Heavy Weight Professional Mixed Martial Arts fighter in 2001. Boxing Works is owned and operated by successful martial artist Larry Papadopolous, who has 39 years of martial arts experience. We also have Olympic weightlifting equipment, speed balls, two boxing areas with boxing rings, a functional training area, floor to ceiling balls and over thirty bags for our students. We boast of our complete cardio area that has treadmills, cross trainers, upright and recumbent bikes and rowers. Boxing Works has advanced facilities. From posture to techniques, we know what we are teaching, and we only teach our students the right and proper way. You can be sure of high quality training that is geared towards the sport’s values and principles. Our martial artist-trainers are not just simple personal training instructors, but highly skilled and experienced practitioners who have competed in their chosen fields of expertise. Olympic freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling classes are also offered in our all-in-one fitness centre. We are the home of the Extreme Jiu-Jitsu Academy Sydney branch and are a proud affiliate of the internationally famous Nova Unioa Jiu Jitsu team.
