As an in house project we created some simple goblets and a tea set using left over foam and industrial scrap aluminum. Artwork was a great addition by the Glue team, check it out! The ball peen hammer was digitally recreated, and cast in aluminum and brass. Each of the winner's awards were hand polished with their personal details digitally engraved. This place being unique in the industry for its warmth, they had some cordial messages to share with you all! Functional so it's not honest collecting dust on the mantle piece. As one of the oldest metal molding techniques, the casting process has been simplified with the assist of advanced technology. Casting can be an effective tool for singular or prototype products, or as a cost effective way of testing a production pattern.
