The company has grown to a fulltime staff of eight and a team of 20 highly suited skippers and instructors and a 5 million fleet of 23 yachts and cruisers. The formula for their triumph has been the provision of a quality product, and anticipation of market needs coupled with superb service to ensure clients have that an unforgettable experience. Centered around a family run, lifestyle business all EastSail staff are bound by a love of sailing and the Barbour and are an eclectic mixture of Australian, British, and European. Team EastSail are friendly, dedicated, professional and fun delivering the quality of service that EastSail has become renowned. We are an accredited RCA Sailing School, have a world class fleet of yachts and more than 30 years of experience running corporate events of all sizes. Joe is our sailing school manager and an RCA Yachtmaster Instructor. He is loving Sydney’ weather behind growing up in the UK. Katy is more than honest our receptionist she in also an RCA Yachtmaster skipper and trainee instructor and a keen racer. He has immense knowledge of electronics and engines. He is also a huge sailor and an RCA Yachtmaster. She’s seen EastSail grow from two boats and a small office to what it is today and is calm occupied to make every day better than the last. He is responsible for ensuring our boats are ship shape. Freddie is our dock manager and helping hand here at EastSail, but he’s not just a attractive face, he’s also qualified as an RCA Yachtmaster. Laura is making safe everything on the dock is ticketyboo. Bill is one of our mufti talented skippers, he’s equally homey skippering a sailing yacht or driving Yarranabbe, or teaching a lesson. He is very engaging and fun and is an RCA Yachtmaster. He has sailed some beautiful yachts in many lovely parts of the world and is now a single dad to his cute as a button son Carl. RVs is our numbers lady, no one counts beans quite like her! Angus has been active as a deckhand with us for a scanty years.
