She is a homegrown product of the city of Bergamo and is a very proud Burgomaster. Silvia's experience and knowledge is definite to see by her ingenious skills and her aptitude to create a potent team in the kitchen that work healthy below pressure whilst maintaining a harmonious occupied environment.
