With the urge of our Board, staff, members, and volunteers and students, we strive towards a community that embraces and maintains mental, social and emotional healthy being for all people and we labor towards a society free from prejudice and discrimination against people living with mental illness. We do a range of work that is primarily focused on. This was a symbolic shift for the board directors and members and reflects a new direction for the Association. Collective Purpose grant rent and associated costs to pay for the partner organizations to collocate and magnify shared services. Our sector is facing a changing and hard time that also has the potential to bear opportunities. These opportunities reach from the need to focus our attention on streamlining our inside corporate services, providing efficiency and value for money as well as continuing to provide quality advocacy and health promotion services while ensuring our sustainability. In late 2013, having been inspired by the New Zealand Wise Group model, WayAhead and our partners have been occupied collaboratively on a Partners in Change’ initiative to prosper a shared services model of operation. It also focuses on the outcomes WayAhead aims to attain over the life of the Plan. Goal 2: We produce opportunities that recognizes and promotes the precious insight and expertise of people with lived experience of mental illness. Include an evaluation strategy in all programs and projects undertaken by the WayAhead and in tenders for fresh work. Flourish a (media) and communication strategy to aid position the WayAhead as a leader in the development of programs and resources that convince mental health and healthy being. Ensure that WayAhead’s management has the capacity and resources to achieve the organization’s purpose. Seek fresh business partners who can commit to the philosophy and values of Collective Purpose. Establish a monitoring and evaluation system to encourage measurement of Collective Purpose’s effectiveness. Flourish business and risk management strategies to encourage effective management of Collective Purpose. Our Board of Directors volunteer their time and expertise to guide FHA in all the labor that we do, and we are grateful for their dedication and support. Her current research interests are the management of bipolar disorder, cannabis use and mental illness and social and community issues for people living with mental illness. Nick’s major interests are the treatment of mood disorders and psychosis occupied with people with borderline personality disorder occupied with egos and general practitioners teaching and research and quality leadership and management in mental health services. He comes with a commitment to yield financial expertise to WayAhead and to people with lived experience of mental Illness. Frank has a exceptional interest in consumer and carer participation in health service governance, quality improvement systems and processes, risk management frameworks and strategic partnerships to attain optimal health outcomes. Ashliegh sees herself as a passionate person interested in. Matt works across the range of WayAhead projects. She regularly works with a hundred or so volunteers creating supportive environments for carers and those with an Anxiety Disorder. Both donors and financial members of our Association are incredibly imperative in helping us encourage positive mental health and healthy being and in financially supporting our labor in the community.
