Prior to establishing Miles Advisory Partners, Tim held a variety of executive positions specializing in merger and acquisition transactions and capital railings, and has provided advice across a broad range of industries including engineering, resources, manufacturing, distribution and finance. He brings international investment banking and legal experience in mergers and acquisitions plus capital markets across a broad range of industries. With more than 18 years' experience in the corporate finance sector, he has led more than 50 transactions including acquisitions, divestment, capital railings, corporate restructures and off market takeovers, across a range of sectors, including business services, IT, finance and insurance, and automotive. Paul has over 10 years’ experience providing MA advice to mid market companies on acquisitions, divestment, off market takeovers, capital railings and debt advisory. He has advised clients on public and private company mergers and acquisitions, divestment, corporate restructures and equity capital markets transactions across a long range of sectors. Lloyd has over seven years' experience providing corporate finance services across a range of industry sectors. Michael has over 20 years experience in mergers and acquisitions, company valuations, financing and private equity, covering a wide range of industries. Peter has over eight years’ corporate finance experience across a range of industry sectors. Craig has over eight years' experience providing corporate finance advice to mid market companies across a range of sectors. Alex is a Chartered Accountant with over six years' experience providing financial and accounting advice to diverse businesses and lenders in roles across corporate advisory, corporate recovery and inside finance control. She is also a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and Fresh Zealand. Cohan has over seven years’ advisory and corporate finance experience advising different businesses on strategic planning, financial modeling, valuation, acquisitions and divestment. He has previously held roles in a boutique investment firm and KPMG MA, and was a manager at PAC Corporate Finance. Josh has over five years’ corporate finance experience involving acquisitions, divestment, refinancing and strategic planning across a range of industry sectors. Jon has over six years’ advisory and corporate finance experience, assisting a diverse range of mid market businesses with strategic planning, capital railings, acquisitions and divestment. Jon holds Bachelor of Commerce and Law degrees and is presently completing an MBA. He has previously held roles at Bloom berg and Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Jo has over 20 years of experience in the investment banking industry.
