Showcasing contemporary jewellery by australian and international artists, handcrafted with love studio 20/17 is an artist run venue existing within the 2 danks st complex, an exciting arts hub with a number of galleries offering australian and international contemporary art, shops and a cafe. Visitors to the space are able to see the work in progress or visit our blog for a behind the scenes peek of what�??�?�??s happening in the workshop and to keep up to date on new work available in the gallery. Bridget kennedy and melanie ihnen both work in the studio, creating multiples, commissions and exhibition work. The gallery is composed of a retail area showcasing work by over 45 australian and international contemporary jewellery artists and a separate exhibition space. We can also work with reclaimed metal and stones, tranforming items of significance into affectionate expressions of individality breathing new life into your old jewellery.
