Here, he fell in love with regional small-town Australia and pursued his passion for changing people’s lives, one smile at a time. Since then, he has worked in many regional centres of Australia, including:​1) Cairns, Queensland2) Hobart, Tasmania3) Darwin, Northern Territory4) Townsville, Queensland​Following many years working in these regional centres, he has moved back to New South Wales.​Like many others, Ahsen grew up with a fear of seeing the dentist, and it was only until he met caring and competent dental professionals in his own life that he recognised the importance of good communication in eliminating dental anxiety. He was an honorary inductee into the Australian Society of Periodontists Queensland and has graduated with BDS (Hons) for his continued efforts to consistently improve on his training. Dr Khan enjoys travelling and exploring new places, especially within Australia, and is always planning his next big adventure. Outside of work, Dr Khan loves watching and following sports, hanging out with friends and family and the occasional Netflix binge.​Patients and work colleagues have often commended Ahsen on his calm, caring and considerate personality, stating that it puts them at ease and makes dental treatment very comfortable. Dr Khan has personally had fillings, braces and even dental extractions, including wisdom teeth, so he can very easily relate to anyone’s needs! Personal development is very important to Ahsen and he is constantly engaged in literature and education to improve both his dental and general knowledge.  Dr Khurram UsmanDr. Khurram Usman,is one of Sydney’s leading dental practitioners. With over 20 years of experience. Dr. Usman and the team are equipped to transform all our patient’s lives using the latest dental technologies as well as patients having a trustworthy dentist for the entire family. A native of Pakistan, Dr Usman completed his dental education there and then worked in Oman. While he lived there, he specialised in general and emergency dentistry. He then moved to Melbourne and studied at the Asian-Pacific Institute of Dental Research, completing the Australian Dental Council examinations in 2011. For Dr Usman, the most fulfilling part of being a dentist is getting patients out of pain and restoring their oral and dental health. So he can deliver the most up-to-date care to his patients, Dr Usman has taken numerous courses at Sydney University. He’s studied subjects including:
