Susan, has not only successfully managed the gym, but is highly regarded in the industry as previous President of Fitness Australia. Susan was also president of Fitness MSW, has been on the board for many years and was recently indited into the Fitness Hall of Fame for her contributions to the fitness industry in Australia. Susan’s son Mac joined the family tradition and works alongside his mother and grandmother. Mac has worked as a personal trainer both in Australia and overseas and is a pioneer of Trivial Group Training. Some of our members have been training with us for well over twenty years! What do they love about the place? Hiscoes has a low key atmosphere, Boone parades around in tiny crop tops vying for your attention, or glares at you for using a machine they want to get on to. You won’t be frowned upon for wearing an impaired baggy shirt and the staff will say hello to you with a smile. At Hiscoes we have everlasting prided ourselves on being able to find a way to get you fit and with four glass backed squash courts, classic gym weights and cardie training areas, as well as fitness classes ranging from hot and sweaty spin to calming yoga, we certainly have lots of options. If you’re after something a trivial more focused, we have team training, small group PT and oneonone personal training. Our Personal Trainers are splendid experienced and have all been with us for a lengthy time, we believe them and so can you. Most of our reception and office staff are Cert II OR Cert IV qualified fitness instructors or are currently undertaking tertiary examine in a related field.
