Counselling offers a space where individuals can explore their feelings, behaviours and ideals and in turn create greater self-awareness. It aides with the development of strategies and techniques to overcome future issues effectively. Counselling aims to provide guidance and clarity for an individual or couple, particularly if they have become 'stuck' and are lacking insight to effectively assist themselves. Counselling is a professional, private, and confidential dialogue between client and therapist which is built on mutual respect and a non judgmental approach. The treatment involves a combination of hypnosis and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and it's a treatment tailored specifically for smokers. If you continue smoking after your treatment you can return again free of charge. This is a 60-90 minute session. Our specialist Hypnotherapists practise a therapy designed for smokers who are keen to quit. She is passionate about weight control (weight loss, weight gain) and assisting those with special dietary concerns. Our dietitian, Michelle, has been practising for several years in both Sydney and the United States and is interested in helping people with any diet-related needs. We also offer Nutritional services. Aches and pains, stress, injuries, cramps and headaches can all be alleviated by this style of treatment.
