The Meat & Wine Co has pulled out all the stops, creating an intimate, sophisticated steakhouse eatery inside the heritage-listed hotel, that pairs African and Australian design and influence.
When you walk through those doors, you’ll be met by natural wooden walls, original arched windows, luxurious leather seating and stone accents that unite to create an exceptional dining experience whether you’re having a business meeting or an intimate dinner with your loved one.
Our Summer menu features a variety of new dishes with seasonal ingredients and exquisite flavours. Highlights include Scallop Ceviche with Tiger's milk dressing, Cauliflower Mac & Cheese, and a Biscoff Sticky Date with caramel toffee cream, candied walnut, fior de latte and date sauce.
