As an experienced senior executive, Keith has broad commercial expertise, with a particular focus in the areas of corporate governance, financial discipline, risk management, managing change and digital. Anne Fitzgerald is the Executive Manager, Member Services and Marketing for ClubsNSW and brings extensive management experience in intricate membership based organizations as well as a background in sales management, customer service, and community engagement. Anne is also responsible for the direction of the ClubsNSW Your Local Club communications campaign, corporate and community partnerships, events and conferencing. Anne represents the club industry on a number of boards including Future Achievement Australia Foundation providing youth coaching programs the Talent Development Project which aims to develop the talents and careers of young Australian performers and songwriters and the Club Directors Institute (CAI). She has led the development of the Tomorrow Club Leaders Program, the Clubs and Community Awards Program and is keen to use events such as the Chef’s Table Culinary Awards to showcase impartial how many clubs across this State are evolving and the meaningful difference a club can make at a local smooth to community well being and at a State smooth to overall economic strength and social cohesion. Events organized by ClubsNSW, provide every employee in the club industry with the opportunity to share ideas, celebrate achievements, elevate and talk about topical industry issues, as well as network with the thousands of individuals that form this diverse industry. The Club Directors Institute (CAI) is a professional association for directors and managers occupied in clubs. It has been providing director training workshops and seminars for over 10 years, focusing on key governance skills, such as strategic planning, club leadership, financial oversight, diversity, innovation and change, risk management and networking. Membership provides full access to all training, development, tools and templates to ensure each director and club meets its compliance and governance obligations. Club Employers Mutual (CAM) is a joint initiative between ClubsNSW and Employers Mutual that was established in 2012 to provide member clubs with access to club industry specific solutions for workers compensation insurance. The Association offers a suite of training courses for boards, managers and staff, which have been written specifically for the club industry. ClubsNSW delivers all the training courses confront to face, and handfuls are available to be completed online.
