Booking requirements: booking reservations will be accepted upon sufficient details being provided such as credit card details, full name and physical address or up front payment. The cancellation fee will be invoiced or charged to your credit card. If a booking is not attended or cancelled within the last hour prior to the appointment, the full treatment cost will be incurred. Cancellation policy: if a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the arranged time, a fee of 50% of the original price of the treatment will be incurred. Last minute cancellations and no shows will be invoiced or charged to your credit card. Should you have to reschedule, please do so as far in advance as possible. We're asking our client�le to be respectful of the time we have allocated for their booking. You can book appointments with us through our website, or by contacting us. Please be advised that for bookings or cancellations less than 24 hours away, please do so by calling us as we might be busy and unable to see to your e-mail in a timely manner.
