For long distance deliveries we often deliver the furniture on pallets. The freight rates quoted on this site are for one driver only and therefore larger deliveries will require the customer to produce assistance unloading the truck. The word defects, as impaired in this warranty, is defined as imperfections that impair the utility of the product. The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear effects of the furniture. Conventional wear and tear is defined as the conventional deterioration that is received by steady use of any part of furniture.
